Bahia Marina Condo-Resort is a 40 room condominium hotel composed of two Phases. 16 of the 40 units are in Phase I. 24 of the 40 units are in Phase II.

Phase I consists of 4 buildings with 4 1-bedroom 2-bath apartments in each building to total 16 units. Each unit has a kitchen, a/c, satellite TV, and spectacular view over Fulladoza and Ensenada Honda Bays in Culebra. Bed configurations for the bedrooms in Phase I range from a King bed, a Queen bed, or two double beds. All units have a Queen futon in the living room.
